    This workshop  covers the major components of the overall attitude of the person, team, or group members.  Here are some of the points that will be discussed:

    All for One, and One for All, Together We Stand, Together We Fall! - Team Building

    This workshop allows the team or group members to work together in order to learn how much more effective it is to work together than to continually be in a tug-of-war with each other.  Some of the topics covered are:

    • Dealing with the saboteur
    • Getting the job done

  • Coaching

    One-on-one coaching sessions include help in the following areas:

    The Power of Focus - Focus and Concentration -
    this is a variety of focus and concentration strategies that the athlete can use before and during competition for improved performance.

    Power Talk - Positive Self-talk -
    this will help an athlete learn how to use positive talk to his/her advantage and how to minimize negative talk from destroying his/her confidence.

    The Vision of Success - Visualization -
    this technique can be use to prepare an athlete to raise his/her standands and achieve new heights.  

    Mind-Set for Success - Goal Setting -
    this is used to help an athlete make a plan of action to know how, when, and what they want to accomplish.

    Fuel the Journey - Energy - physical and emotional -
    taking a closer look at what the athlete is going to need in order to push them to the next level.

    Stretched to the Max - Time Management and Personal Organization -
    this is useful in helping an athlete manage, not juggle, all responsiblitites in his/her life.

    Mistake Management - Handling Mistakes
    since nobody is perfect, everyone has made a mistake at some point.  This session will help you learn to refocus quickly for maximum results.

    Inner Excellence - Mental Preparation -
    this is a plan to help you mentally prepare yourself for competition - before, during, and after.

    Calming Your World - Breathing and Relaxation Techniques -
    this session can help you stay calm and focused during competition.

    Put on a Happy Face - Anger Managment on and off the field -
    this option is excellent for athletes who have issues controlling their emotions.  It will help the athlete learn how to control and harness  energy for good, instead of for evil!
